SHIPPING & RETURNS
We offer FREE U.S. Shipping for most products in our store. Please see individual product for shipping information. We use First Class U.S. (2-3 days) for orders under 1lb, and Priority Mail (2 days) for anything over.
We do allow for local pickup if located in the Rochester, NY area. Please inquire about this by contacting Adam at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Currently, we only ship to Canada in addition to the United States. Shipping in most cases is $15. We use First Class International, which may take up to 10 days due to customs processing. Special arrangements can be made to ship to Europe or South America, but please contact us so we can provide an accurate estimate.
RETURNS + REFUNDS
We offer a limited 90-day warranty on all iFlag devices. Returns must be authorized after communication with the VSPEED team. If we determine the product to be repairable, we will fix it at no cost to you. If the product was damaged by the customer, it is not eligible for a return or refund. Full refunds are provided in rare cases.
3D-printed parts and wheel accessories are covered by a 30-day warranty, and are not eligible for return or refund afterwards.
